Sign in as an IT admin on the portal first.

User access & devices

Access:

Overrides — raise limits for this user (e.g. classroom PCs). Blank = population default.

Speed override applies to that IP/CIDR on MikroTik (use for fixed-IP classroom PCs). Device cap needs no IP.

Generate profile (walk-in support)

Issue a WiFi profile for a student/staff who is here in person (identity verified). Skips OTP; audited as admin-issued and counts against their device limit.

Speed limits (per user, by type)

Rates in kbps · 0 = unlimited · “Save & apply” pushes live to MikroTik.
